Weller’s Ponds will install a beautifully unique pond to fit your taste and budget. We offer custom installations as small or as large as you wish. Brad Weller, Founder and Owner of Weller’s Ponds, will personally work on every pond installation, guaranteed! Most of Weller’s Ponds’ installations are completed in less than one week, if the weather cooperates.

The Ordering Process:

- We will set up a time to visit your site and make sure the area is suitable for the project. We'll send you a package of information and a DVD to look at before our visit so that you can be ready to fire all the questions and ideas you have at us on our site visit.
- We will meet you at the site. We will listen to what you want and discuss the best solution to make your water garden meet all your expectations and using our experience to avoid any potential problems with the design or the site itself (wind, jagged rocks, limestone veins, excessive sun, buried objects...).
- After our visit we will return to our office and put together an estimate for the project complete with a detailed sketch and a colored computer graphic illustrating the design in your landscape to make sure we understand what you are looking for and so you can get a better visualization of what we will have discussed on our site visit.
- Upon your receipt and review of the package we put together in step 4 contact us to discuss any changes you would like to make or discuss. When you are satisfied with the estimate, we ask that you send a payment equal or greater than 50% of the project price so that we can lock in your installation on our busy schedule.
- We'll contact you again a few days before the installation and verify the site is ready for our arrival and answer any questions you may have about the installation process.
- First day of the project we will excavate the pond, shelves, skimmer, Biofalls, and stream. Depending on the size of the project, we usually get the fish-safe pond liner placed and attached to both the Biofalls and Skimmer. On the first day we ask for a payment of 50% of the overall project price.
- Again depending on the size of the project: next we start placing boulders and gravel to hide the liner, Biofalls, Skimmer, and shape the waterfall(s) and stream. Once all the boulders and gravel is in place we wash the stones off in the pond and pump the dirty water out to a place you designate. After the boulders and gravel are thoroughly cleaned, we begin to fill your pond. Once the pond has reached the proper level we plug in the pump and you're ready to start enjoying your new back yard escape. Make sure you fill out the continuing rebate form for the person that referred you to Weller's Ponds, LLC.(see special offer below).
- No we are not done yet. Contact us with any questions that arise as you get comfortable with your pond and the maintenance. Add the included beneficial bacteria (we'll tell you the amount) each of the first 14 days. Every 2-3 weeks rinse out the filter mat in the skimmer (only clean the filter mats and lava rocks in the Biofalls once in the Spring) then add the same amount of beneficial bacteria that you did for one of the first 14 days.

Weller's Ponds, LLC. will send you a $250.00 check when you refer someone who orders an installation of an 8' x 11' pond or larger from us. The customer whom you refer must inform Weller's Ponds, LLC. via our $250.00 continuing rebate form which must be turned in with or before final payment of the pond. A maximum of $599 per year will be paid to each eligible customer who successfully refers someone who orders an installation of an 8' x 11' pond or larger from Weller's Ponds, LLC. You will receive your $250.00 rebate only after the referred pond has been completely paid for. Only one check will be issued for each new pond installation.
