  Return Policy

Weller's Ponds, LLC. will automatically refund 85% (100%-15% restocking fee*) of the invoice total to your credit card. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer or buyer (sender). No returns will be accepted after 15 days of the purchase date. Never return products to Weller's Ponds, LLC. without first calling and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). Any product delivered to Weller's Ponds, LLC. without an RA# will be denied and returned to the sender.

The following items are not refundable:

  • Custom size items including: Pond Liners, Underlayment, and PVC Hose.
  • Perishable items including: fish food.
  • Any products not in their original packaging.
  • Any products that appear to have been used.
  • Pond Kits
  • Large quantities of products (over 4)
  • Motor freight deliveries (products which must be ordered by phone)

    Once you receive a Return Authorization Number
  • Be sure to include any packaging slips and wrap the package securely.
  • Include your name, address, phone number, copy of receipt and email with your return package.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the box and on the copy of the sales invoice inside the box.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

    *Restocking fee: This fee is charged by Weller's Ponds, LLC. to cover the cost of our shipping and credit card processing for your refund. Restocking fee is 15% of the total invoice.


  • Damaged Goods

    We check every product before shipping, but sometimes packages get damaged in transit. If you should happen to receive a damaged product please follow these steps:

    Situation 1
    1. For packages that are delivered damaged and you are home to receive them, please refuse the package and the carrier will return it to Weller's Ponds, LLC. at no cost to you. After sending the package back, immediately notify Weller's Ponds, LLC. you have done so. Once we receive the package we will ship you new merchandise.

    Situation 2
    2. You come home to find the carrier has delivered damaged products. If this happens immediately call Weller's Ponds, LLC. and inform us of the situation. The faster you notify us of broken or damaged merchandise the sooner we can ship you new products to replace them.

    Deliveries made by motor freight (such as USF Holland, Yellow Freight, Roadway, etc.) require a signature from the party receiving the order. The signature indicates that you received the product or package in good condition and the product or package was not damaged. This signature indicates your responsibility that you inspected the material and that it was received in good condition. Motor freight companies nor our company will be held liable after this point. As always, read before you sign.

    Deliveries made by UPS or Federal Express often times do not require a signature. Notification of the damaged product(s) must be made by email to our company within 2 business days or on the same day to the carrier. Claims made after this point will not be received and it will be your responsibility to handle the claim with the carrier.

    Rarely a product may be shipped from us that is damaged with no outward appearance of damage to the box. This most likely indicates that the product was damaged from the manufacturer while it was being made and packaged before we received it. In this case, claims for damaged products inside what appears to be an undamaged box or packaging, must be made within 7 days after receipt of the product(s).

    In any event you should receive any product damaged, please contact us ASAP by email. Include how the package was received, how you opened the package, when you noticed the damage, and on what date you received and discovered the damage. Any additional information is helpful in order to process the claim.


    Privacy Policy

    Weller's Ponds, LLC. uses Verisign protection for safe and secure credit card transactions. We at Weller's Ponds, LLC. believe in keeping our customer's information private and safe. For this reason we use Verisign one of the largest and most trusted names in Internet security. After choosing to checkout from your shopping cart, you will be directed to a remote secured site within Verisign, where you will enter your credit card information, which will protect your credit card information from others on the internet.

    Weller's Ponds, LLC. does not sell, rent, or distribute in any way our customers sensitive information; which includes credit card information, shipping address, phone numbers, account password, and email addresses. We do, however, furnish the customer's name and mailing address to our manufacturer ONLY if a pond kit is ordered, which is shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer.

    Backorder Policy

    Most of out products we have in stock, but occasionally one of our suppliers has items that are on back order. If you order a product that we do not have in stock, Weller's Ponds, LLC. will notify you via phone or E-mail. We will not ship the order until you are contacted and we agree on the best solution for you.


    Warranty

    All warranties are the manufacturers and are packed with merchandise that we sell at Weller’s Ponds. If a product fails and is still under warranty the customer must use the warranty information sent with the merchandise to make a claim to the manufacturer of the product.


    Carriers and Shipment Destinations

    Where we will ship:
    Weller’s Ponds only ships to the lower 48 continental United States of America.

    Where we will not ship:

    Sorry, we do not ship to P.O Box #’s
    Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D.’s

    All Aquascape pond kits will be shipped by UPS.
    All other orders to the Continental US (48 lower states) will be shipped by FedEx Ground.


    Packing List and Receipt

    Packing Lists and receipt information about your order are sent with each order that Weller’s Pond ships. Depending of the size and weight of your order it may come in several boxes. These boxes should but will not always arrive on the same day.
